Samsung’s Galaxy S23 sell 22% better than their predecessors, Ultra most sold

The Galaxy S23 series has been a sales hit for Samsung. According to a report citing data by Hana Securities, the Galaxy S23 series moved 22.89 million units in the first eight months – up 22% from the Galaxy S22 series in the same period of last year.

The numbers break down in 10.69 million Galaxy S23 Ultras, 8.09 million Galaxy S23s, and 4.11 million Plus units.

It’s not the same story with the Galaxy Z5 series, though. In the first two months, the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 have only reached 3.51 million sales – below the Galaxy Z4 series’ 3.63 million in the same period. The Galaxy Z Flip5 sold 2.26 million compared to the Z Fold5’s 1.25 million.
