vivo V29e set to debut on August 28

We finally have an official launch date for the vivo V29e – the upcoming midranger is set to debut on August 28 in India at 12PM local time. The teasers on the phone’s launch page also confirmed a few key specs including a cured display, a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus and a 64MP main cam with OIS on the back.

The V29e will arrive with an “Artistic Design” boasting a catchy dual-tone back with large camera rings and a color-matched frame. The device is confirmed to measure just 7.6 mm thick while weighing 180 grams. Based on speculation the phone will be equipped with a Snapdragon 480 or 480+ chipset alongside 8-12GB RAM and 128-256GB storage. The battery is speculated to come in at 4,800 mAh and it will support 80W fast charging.
