Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 to have a ceramic fiber back, latest teaser reveals

The Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is about to get its official release later today and ahead of the announcement, Ice Universe shared what seems to be a leaked official poster. It reveals a “special material” edition of the Mix Fold 3 with ceramic fiber.
As per the poster, the exotic material ensures exceptional rigidity without adding weight. The material can be extremely thin and tough at the same time. A hair-thick strip of this material can stretch up to 1.15 kg of force without snapping, while the impact strength is about 56 times higher than that of glass.
This new chassis definitely sparks some interest and it will be curious to see if the special edition will be thinner and/or lighter than the standard version. It’s definitely going to be pricier, though, that’s for sure.
